The apartment is in a fantastic location — just a 2-minute walk from the beach promenade, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a SPAR supermarket conveniently located across the road. The tram stop, with connections to De Panne and Knokke, is right in front of the building.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and looks exactly like the photos. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and everything was very clean. There is also an underground garage, which was very convenient. Communication with Nathan was good. The two balconies were a lovely bonus.
We had a very enjoyable stay.
A few things to be aware of: there is a fairly steep downward slope when entering the underground garage with your car — something I wish I had known in advance. Also, the apartment does not have a washing machine, radio, or microwave.
When entering the building through the main entrance, be sure to use the lift on the right-hand side. Hand towels and kitchen towels would also have been appreciated additions to the apartment.

Séjour exceptionnel, l'appartement est très confortable et super bien situé ! La communication avec La Conciergerie a été optimale #merci Nathan!
Vraiment rien...ah oui, si on veut pinailler, l'accès au parking à pied est un peu compliqué à rejoindre de l'intérieur, car le bâtiment comprend deux ailes.

L'emplacement est idéal : Le supermarché est juste en face ; la rue principale et la digue sont à 2 minutes à pied.
L'appartement était très propre et très lumineux.
La literie était confortable.
Le garage est un réel plus lorsqu'on séjourne à la côte belge.
L'appartement était bien équipé : vaisselle, linge de lit, serviettes (il manque peut-être un tapis de bain et un essuie pour la vaisselle mais cela nous semble vraiment être un détail).
La communication avec la conciergerie était parfaite également.
Nous reviendrons.

Propre, prêt de tout et garage super pratique juste à côté
Ils ont oublié de me dire à quelle étage c’est l’appartement mais j’ai trouvé au final 😅
