Located in the Lake Balboa district, a jazzy fully furnished 4 bd/3 bth home with a private backyard/patio. Also, 2 full kitchens and dining rooms with all necessary cookware/flatware. (The in-law suite comes with its own full kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry facilities... winning!)
The backyard features a large patio and seating area to relax and enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets, with handmade raised planter boxes and a custom made corn-hole game set. Additionally there is an ancient avocado tree and a Meyer lemon tree.
This home has 2 Full Kitchens including: stove, oven, microwave, K-cup coffee maker, toaster, cookware, plates, bowls, glassware, utensils, and kids serve ware.
Guests will have access to the entire house and private backyard/patio to themselves.
Note: The in-law suite has no direct access to the main house, guests staying in the in-law suite must exit outside and enter the house through another entrance.
Our home provides sleeping arrangements as follows:
Room #1 features a queen bed (2 people)
Room #2 features a queen bed (2 people)
Room #3 features a full over full bunk-bed (2 people)
Room #4 (in-law suite) features a queen bed (2 people)
