War alles in Ordnung, wir waren zufrieden

The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was beautiful and had an amazing shower.

A few issues. First, the check in was extremely confusing since there were no instructions in our booking that mentioned that we needed to check in at the hotel across the street. When we rang the door, the person who answered spoke no English, and it wasn’t until another guest staying there informed us that check in was at the hotel across the street. Second, the access key to enter the rooms on our floor was extremely difficult to use and required specific maneuvering to get the door unlocked. It needs to be replaced. Finally, while the room was beautiful, the bed was horribly uncomfortable. It was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. Based on that alone, I would not stay here again. They truly need better mattresses.

The rooms are very spacious and pristinely clean. They have been freshly refurbished and have all the necessary amenities. All main attractions are within easy walking distance. The staff are friendly and courteous, our special thanks to Andrea for the warm greeting and help during our stay.
