Number 20-free parking and walking distance into York

It was a cosy, beautifully decorated home, perfect for us with our newborn. It gave us the comfort we needed for a restful break with the space for us all to sleep peacefully.

It was so fresh and modern and spotless, very well equipped and parking was no problem

Only that recycling was a little unclear that’s all

A really fabulous place to stay. Beautifully decorated, and to a high standard. There is nothing not to like. The only thing we'd have liked is more downstairs table lamps, as the one provided by the window wasn't working. And the side table by the kitchen door is crying out for a nice table lamp - for cozier lighting in the evenings. Could be a bit chilly downstairs in the winter as there is only one heater. As others have mentioned, it is more of a 30 minute walk in to town - but it's a lovely walk along the river. Excellent customer service provided by Sophie.

The other thing to note (which is nothing the owner can control) is that it is on a busyish road, so if traffic noise bothers you then it wouldn't be ideal. The back bedroom is much quieter but when heavy lorries go by, you can feel it.

Beautiful home...was absolutely spotless,it is definitely a beautiful show home ,we were a little nervous of everything as everything is cream haha it was just so perfect haha... Sophie the host was lovely and so helpful...beds amazing seriously nothing to not like ..x

It wasn't a problem for us..but it definitely isn't a 20 min walk...we put in sat nav Google maps it was 39 mins to walk to centre...so we just jumped in a Uber ..my hubby's only slight moan was the TV was to small for the distance from couch to wall 🙄🤣
