The space
This is a large, downstairs unit in a two-unit building. The unit has with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den/sunroom, separate living and dining areas, and a large modern kitchen that opens up to a porch.
Enter the home to a large open living room with comfy couches and a smart TV ready for you to log in to all your favorite streaming services. There is also a dedicated workspace that looks out onto the sunroom. The tiled sunroom off of the living room gets amazing light all day long and has a door for privacy - a daybed can sleep an extra guest or serve as the perfect remote work or reading spot. The large eat in kitchen has a 90" kitchen island (also great for working) and dining table that seats 6. The kitchen is fully stocked and features new stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. Off of the kitchen is a large porch area with a cafe table and seating for six, for truly delightful morning coffees and porch sitting under an old oak.
Down a wide hallway are 3 bedrooms, a large master suite with a California King, seating area for two, and standing wardrobe. The corner bedroom gets eastern and southern exposure. The bedroom features blackout curtains and an en suite bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and custom vanity.
A second corner bedroom features a king size bed and closet. A third bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, closet, second workspace, and custom bookshelves with slide-out writing desks. All bedrooms feature blackout curtains. The secondary bedrooms share a jewel box bathroom with a tub and shower. The new Electrolux washer/dryer is in a hall closet and is seriously the best washer/dryer I've ever used. The property was fully renovated in 2023 with high end finishes that are durable enough for kids. Hampton Park is just five blocks away and there is a dog park conveniently located just at the end of Grove St. This is a quiet, pet and kid friendly neighborhood that is extremely walkable and just minutes to the scenic downtown and all Charleston has to offer.

This is a quiet, residential area. This is not a party house.
Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Guests are responsible for any city issued fines should they violate quiet hours. Guests are responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.
We are located near the Citadel - you may hear occasional sports games, morning practices, or other noise from the nearby campus. Similarly, Charleston is undergoing rapid development— homes in the neighborhood may be undergoing construction or repair.
