It’s a nice and clean area near the heart of Bristol. We had a good weekend stay. The room is tidy and the owner is very responsive on every question we asked.

El apartamento es bastante cómodo: tiene una buena cocina, el baño está bien y la habitación es espaciosa. Al ser compartido, la limpieza depende de los huéspedes aunque hacen una limpieza ligera a diario.
Está a media hora en bus hasta el centro pero si viajas en coche está muy bien porque siempre hay aparcamiento. Eché en falta que no hubiera tostadora y el sofá es incómodo. Tampoco hay mucho control con la calefacción y hacen falta más cortinas en el apartamento.

It was very clean. The location was good. The room was a good size. No noise of incoming traffic or footfall.
Only issue I had was there was no iron or washing machine.

The comfort of the room was good, and the ensuite bathroom was appreciated. Value for money was fair, the room size and comfort were nice, and while the location is a bit of a hike from the city centre it also offers a more off-the-beaten-path location. Mugs and wine glasses available to use in the shared lounge space is a bonus.
The location on the main road made parking a little bit difficult - free, but you have to compete for space. The entrance to the property is also a bit steep and narrow. Overall minor quibbles, but the whole process of getting in and out is a little less "chill" than some locations.
