We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and looked luxurious. It had everything needed for a short/long stay. The hammock in the balcony and the laundry detergent for the washing machine were a lovely touch.
The kitchen utensils (pots and pans) were quite scratched up and flimsy but everything else was fine.

It was amazing. The check-in and instructions were very quick and clear. The apartment is new and well furnished furniture. Very clean, there is a good supermarket nearby and near to all parks on Yas Island. There is a playground and a gym.

The apartment was well presented and clean. Nice balcony overlooking the pool and canal. Little supermarket and a liquer store a 2 minute walk. It is very convenient for the attractions and Yas mall. We asked for an oven proof dish and a clothes airer, which were duly provided.
Very noisy. Aircraft taking off and landing literally over your head. Noise from Yas race circuit. The biggest disappointment was the pool area was having a makeover for 15 of the 17 days we were there, which added to the noise. We were not informed of this prior to travel. The people letting the apartment said they were not told. The front desk said everyone had been notified by email. I will let you make your own mind up on this one.
