Padova modernebb, újabb építésű területén fekvő ingatlan, a belváros mégis sétatávra. Csendes, nyugodt környék. A közelben buszmegálló, alap élelmiszerüzletek, kávézók vannak, de szórakozásért a belvárosba kell menni. A lakás szépen felújított, modern, tiszta. A tulajdonossal a kommunikáció gyors és gördülékeny volt.

A falak elég vékonyak, a szomszéd szobából a hangok átszűrődnek. Látszik, hogy megtettek és tesznek mindent a tisztaság érdekében, de egy előttem ott lakó a szobában dohányozhatott.

La camera ha tutte le comodità necessarie. Ampi armadi, doccia comoda, materasso nuovo. Tutto L'appartamento deve essere stato ristrutturato di recente e i lavori sono stati fatti molto bene.

Sebbene fornita di elettrodomestici nuovi la cucina comune è un po piccola per il numero delle stanze presenti e le persone che la devono condividere

L'emplacement est très appréciable en raison de la proximité des arrêts des bus. Même à pied, on peut accéder facilement au centre ville.

It was very clean, neat and new, with tons of drawer and cabinet space. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen, which is communal, was immaculate with a brand new microwave. There is a key to the gate, to the building, a code to get into the 3rd floor where I was, then a key to the apartment and another to the bath. To get out there is, on the right of the door to the building, 3 switches: one is to light the hallway and another to open the gate so you don't have to use a key to get out. I didn't know about this until the day I was to leave. Another thing, if you stay here, and you are walking into town, the only direct route is to come out the gate, take the street that is almost in front of you (BROSSES- slightly to the left), then turn left and walk thru a small part, which will bring you to Forcellini. Look out for a greenish building with the word VENTI, and take the next right, which is right on a curve, to MODENA. Take it till you hit a dead end, look left and you'll be at PONTE CORVO, at which point you're home free and minutes away from Saint Anthony Basilica. I found this route by accident, but it only takes 20 minutes as opposed to longer by any other route. Giulia, the owner, is very nice, as is her staff.

The location was, at first, even using google maps, impossible to find. Turns out Via Bonardi is several different streets or paths, depending on the number. The staff had to come and find me to bring me to the apartment. I was disappointed to find that my ensuite bathroom was in a separate room--right next to mine, but I had to use a key to get in, which was inconvenient in the middle of the night. It is a 20-25 minute walk to Saint Anthony's and Prato della Valle, and another 10-15 minutes to the City Center -- Piazza dell Erbe and Frutta and Dei Signori.
