A spacious living and dining room features an open-hearth fireplace and a bar area, with direct access to the terrace, which benefits from a south-east and south-facing orientation. A separate office provides a quiet retreat for those who require a dedicated workspace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and also incorporates a bar. A separate WC is available on this level for added convenience.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The first of these rooms includes a bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC, and offers direct access to both the garden and the terrace. The second bedroom also opens onto the terrace.
