Vocht en schimmel en stank in de slaapkamer douche putje liep niet weg en de houder van de handdouche kwam er ook mee vanaf op de begane grond in villa 2 we hebben van ellende in de woonkamer op de bank geslapen dat gemeld maar ze hadden verder geen andere oplossing toch maar gebleven omdat wij niet wilde verhuizen weer met z’n 6en en al onze spullen voor de rest een prachtige Vila het bed en de kussen vonden wij ook niet geweldig.

What did we love about this place? Honestly, just about everything. The villas are immaculate beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were amazing, and the facilities throughout the property were outstanding. It genuinely felt like having all the creature comforts of your own home, while still feeling like you’re on a luxury holiday. What really elevated the experience, though, was the people. The welcome and care from the housekeeping team was exceptional. A special mention to Made, who was absolutely superb throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble always friendly, always smiling, and constantly offering us lifts down to the beach or into town on the golf buggy. Service like that makes a lasting impression. The security team were also fantastic. Every time we walked out, they would stop the traffic to make sure we crossed the road safely. The whole property had an incredibly warm and relaxed vibe, whilst also feeling very secure and professionally run. Location-wise, it’s perfect. Close enough to everything, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy genuine peace and tranquillity waking up to birds tweeting instead of traffic noise. The walk into town is only around 6–7 minutes, and if you jump in a Grab, it’s roughly only $3 AUD. One small thing to note for families with very young children the pool area does not have fencing. But for families with children aged 5+ who can swim, this place is absolutely incredible. Outstanding value for money. We’ve already recommended it to friends and family and would have absolutely no hesitation recommending it to anyone else. A truly fantastic stay. Well done to the entire team.

Absolutely Nothing So much so we have rebooked

Staff were amazing and so lovely. Everyone was so accomodating! They also have security at the front 24/7 so vote felt very safe especially travelling as a young group of girls.
