We loved everything about this apartment, perfect location, close to Galerija mall, shops, restaurants, bakeries, markets.

Lage und park Möglichkeiten
Die Bewertung von 9,8 auf Booking entspricht leider nicht der Realität.
Abgesehen von der guten Lage und der Möglichkeit eines geschlossenen Parkplatzes war der Zustand der Unterkunft insgesamt eher vernachlässigt.
Die Sauberkeit würde ich mit 8 bewerten. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren alt und abgenutzt; es gab keine richtigen Kissenbezüge, sondern nur einen Schutzbezug für das Kissen.
Die Kaffeemaschine war schmutzig und hatte zudem einen amerikanischen Stecker, der nicht zu unseren Standards passt. Es fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie Kaffeepads, Löffel und Ablagen neben der Duschkabine.
Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht.
Zusammengefasst hatte man den Eindruck, dass nur die Lage verkauft wird.
Als „Luxus-Apartment“, wie es beworben wird, kann man diese Unterkunft nicht bezeichnen – es ist ein normales Apartment, aber kein Luxus.

The location is great.
The apartment is very worn out overall. The most unpleasant issue was the bed — the mattress and blanket had visible stains, the bed linen was old and pilled, and the pillows were extremely worn out, completely flat with lumps inside.
There is no bath mat in the bathroom, so you have to step onto a bare floor after showering. For this price, there were no basic toiletries such as shampoo or other hygiene products. There was not even a trash bin.
The air conditioner remotes did not work — one had dead batteries, and the other was simply broken.
Overall, the condition does not match the price paid.
