About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 45 m² apartment for rent in the town of Montluçon, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it consists of a 20 m² living room, an equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) . Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
To access the housing, a slightly steep staircase is present, it is secured by a child barrier.
It is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and a dining area
- An equipped kitchenette with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190), cot
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower, toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, fan.
Outside:
The apartment is ideally located in Montluçon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- Visit Old Montluçon and the Château des Ducs de Bourbon
- Parc des Îlets and Parc Wilson
- Museum of Popular Music (MUPOP)
- Saint-Pierre Church
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free 50 m from the apartment.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Montluçon-Ville train station is a 5-minute drive away
- Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne Airport is a 1 hour 20 minute drive away
Other comments:
- Sheets and towels included (we do not provide bedding for the crib)
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic)
- The stairs leading to the building, under the roof, are quite steep
- Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €15/stay, one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- If you would like to come with a group, we also have four other accommodations in the same building: Le Bien être, Le Lotus, Le Zen, and Le Balcon.
