The owners prefer longer stays so you can fully enjoy the house: soak up the sun on the rooftop terrace, dine with a view of the Gulf of Naples, and savor breakfast or sunset on the main terrace.
The location is unique, offering a stunning panorama and proximity to the sea—perfect if you want to walk to the waterfront, just 300 meters away, where you’ll find beach clubs and boat rentals. The marina village, only 400 meters from the house, features two grocery shops and several restaurants. Supermarkets and other shops, about 3 km away, offer home delivery.

The house is not minimalist or modern like many vacation rentals, but instead reflects the stories and passion of those who have lived here.
