Once a traditional butcher’s shop that served the town for generations, the building has been transformed with care and creativity. Its walls carry a sense of history, now reborn as a warm and welcoming retreat. Just next door, you’ll still find one of the region’s best butchers, awarded for its craftsmanship and innovation, a true taste of local tradition.
Step outside and immerse yourself in the charm of Herbolzheim. The town, with its 11,000 residents, lies perfectly between Offenburg (Strasbourg) and Freiburg, only 7 km from the world-famous Europa-Park in Rust. Around the market square, you’ll find cozy cafés and excellent restaurants serving traditional cuisine, all within walking distance. Public transport is also right at your doorstep, with the bus stop just 30 meters away and the train station an easy 10-minute walk.
