This was our first time booking privately via Booking.com, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The caravan is immaculate, just as described in other reviews, and probably the most comfortable and welcoming caravan we’ve ever stayed in. The owners have clearly thought of everything, often beyond what the description suggests. The caravan comes with bed linen, towels, a fully equipped kitchen including an air fryer, toaster, microwave, and ample utensils and crockery, complementing the full-sized oven and fridge/freezer—perfect for a family stay. Extra touches really take it to the next level: shower products, cleaning supplies, a hoover, and other essentials ensure you can leave it as neat as you find it. Smart TVs in the lounge and both bedrooms, plus included WiFi, made the stay even more convenient. Communication with the owners was excellent. I had some initial concerns about the booking process, but we received clear arrival instructions by midday on the day of arrival, which made check-in seamless. The surrounding area is fantastic. We visited Silverstone, Stanwick Lakes, Rushton Lakes, and Stowe National Trust. We also discovered Whites farm shop and café nearby, perfect for fresh produce and a hearty homemade breakfast. It would be great if the caravan offered a welcome pack with local recommendations, overall this was a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

We mostly used the caravan as a base for exploring the area rather than for the site’s facilities. The site was very busy over the Easter weekend, and the day-pass policy meant there were many non-residents around, which unfortunately limited our ability to use the swimming pool. Security was good, the bar was very busy, served drinks in plastic glasses and tables uncleared.

The caravan was clean, comfortable and well presented. The owners attention to detail made it a beautiful caravan.The owners are also brilliant, they were quick to respond to our queries and were very helpful. We really enjoyed our time here, felt like home away from home.we had everything that we needed for our stay.I couldn't thank the owners enough. Brilliant all the way through. Will definitely book again and recommend.
