The villa offers a private pool with a children corner, an inviting patio, and stylish interior designed for relaxation. The name Elithos is inspired by the words Elia (olive tree) and Lithos (stone), reflecting the villa’s connection to nature and tradition.
A bright and welcoming open plan area with lovely pool views awaits, filled with natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows. The elegant living room features soft, cushioned sofas and a smart TV. Minimalist decoration, earthy tones, and natural textures create a modern ambiance. The fully-equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances, a spacious dining table for up to ten guests, and sleek wooden cabinetry.
Elithos Villa features one bedroom with a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom, along with two elegant bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom. A fourth bedroom offers two comfortable single beds and enjoys access to a stylish shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. Every bedroom is equipped a smart TV.
The villa features a stunning private swimming pool of 40 m², complete with a shallow corner ideal for children to safely enjoy the water.
