The property is a smart 3 floor 5 bedroomed home with lots of little touches to make it feel homely. The kitchen is very well set out and has a good selection of crockery and cutlery ( a few more mugs would be good - there were 11 of us!) The fridge/freezer is a good size and there was a toaster, dishwasher, microwave etc. The house was beautifully clean - helped by the request to remove outdoor shoes and not take food into the bedrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable several consisting of one double bed OR 2 single beds. One room has a double and a single. There was a toilet on each floor.
There is good parking at and around the property and a supermarket on the nearby main road. There is a large shopping centre less than 10 minutes drive away and the property is really very well situated.
The owner ( Jennifer) was amazing. We had a few issues which she worked hard to resolve for us despite having just flown in after a delayed flight.
We found the description of the property inaccurate - we had read it that there was a double and 2 singles in the bedrooms. ( I believe this has now been clarified in the description) The washer and dryer were in a separate room and not made available to us ( although I understand they are made available to guests staying more than 3 nights). The bathroom on the first floor was an en suite ( walk in shower) so you have to be comfortable with others using it and walking through your bedroom to get to it. The alternative is to use the bathroom on the second floor ( shower over bath). There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 3 on the second.
Communication prior to arrival could have been better and misunderstandings cleared up.

We had a great relaxing stay here. The home was clean, well presented, very spacious and all amenities were there for us to use. The local area was lovely and the house was easy to find and close to a range of shops and supermarkets - which was handy. The host was prompt with replies from the beginning of the booking and was helpful with our questions all the way through. 100% recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Loved this house. It’s really modern and fitted the needs of our party. It’s a good base to go out and about locally and get on the motorway to go further afield.
