Excellent location, comfortable bed, easy to use shower and plenty of space to unpack and feel at home. Full kitchen facilities appreciated, even though I didn’t use them. Another mention have just how well located it is.
The floors were a little cold to walk on, but then I did neglect to pack my slippers 🫢

This flat had almost everything we could wish for. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location brilliant as it's opposite the shopping centre and ideal for grabbing anything you need. We used it for when we visited the arena as it's around a 10 minute walk from the flat. People have previously moaned about the shower, it works just fine. Having a few bits in the cupboard was nice, dried milk, tea bags etc.
I would stay here again without hesitation when I next visit Nottingham.
There was a bit of noise from the road and crossing although this cannot be helped and cannot be heard from the bedroom so not a problem.
It was great to have a kitchen with the oven although there was not a baking tin or sheet to cook anything in. The flat was also missing a tin opener.

The location suited my needs perfectly. It's a lovely little self-contained 1 bedroom flat that has everything you could need. The bed was comfy and duvet very cozy. The shower was powerful and warm. The entire space was very toasty (and it was cold out). I will be staying here again in the future. It's a little gem of a place.
