very comfortable bed, great hot shower, fantastic views over Launceston through the trees & mist in the mornings from my bedroom, number 3 with a large wardrobe & walk in robe to keep cases & bags out of the way & the same views from the main living room with a huge balcony, safe off-street parking for 3 cars max which was helpful on the winding, very hilly streets, large fridge for each to have enough storage space, 3 separate toilets on all 3 levels, large laundry area if drying clothes on a rack, manager onsite for any assistance
the two living/sitting areas are different to the photos as one living area with the fireplace is now a bedroom, there is a large tv downstairs to use in a small living room with sofa & small kitchenette, minimal mismatched crockery & cutlery to use

The view and location was amazing.
There wasn’t enough toilet paper and not hand towel in toilet or bathroom. Doesn’t affect my stay but some pictures or personalisation would have been nice as it was a bit plain but doesn’t matter really.
