we arrived on a minibus transfer at 8pm
the host was aware of this
There was no signage on the property to identify it as apartment Tauari and as we were dropped at the address we were given we were totally bemused
it was dark and we had no idea where we were
Also we then found out that to get the keys we had to walk 25mins into town each way
I phoned the help number we were given which went to answer phone message that was in french
no help at at
i was contemplating trying to find another hotel as i thought id been scammed!
Eventually the host Clement called back and agreed to get the keys for us and then came to find us and took us to the property
It transpires that the only reference to the name Tauari was on the ski locker associated with the apartment
