Really quiet neighborhood and still close enough to Old Town and shopping. You'll miss your Temperpedic mattress but, other than that, we would go back in a heart beat. Owner was immediate in answering any questions. Go for it.

This house is very nice and became a second home to us while we were there for a month. Had everything we needed and the location is ideal. The bike and walking path is literally a few steps away. From there you can get onto miles of trails and the canal. There is a fitness center, drugstore, restaurants and a coffee shop within a short walk on the walking path. Less than 5 minutes to Old Town by car and easy access to the 101. The location couldn’t have been better.

This looks just as it does in the pictures. Great location. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. Terrific restaurants and paths nearby in a quiet neighborhood .

We had an absolutely fabulous stay! The property is exactly as advertised - recently remodeled, very modern, and very comfortable. The kitchen was great, lots of space to relax in the living area, and the bedrooms comfortable. It was great to have all the little details there: hangers in every closet, soaps & shampoos in the showers, condiments and staples stocked in the kitchen, and filtered water at the kitchen sink.
It's a lovely, quiet neighborhood, with easy access to lots of what Scottsdale has to offer.
We couldn't have been happier, and definitely recommend this property!
