This beautiful villa is located in the popular resort of Kapparis, just 400m to the closest beach and a 2 minute drive to a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. This villa is fully equipped with all furniture and fittings to ensure a very comfortable stay.

The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen television with satellite and patio doors leading to the garden. The dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 people, and the modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is also a W/C on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, double bed and balcony, and bedroom 2 has two single beds and balcony. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. You will also find the main bathroom on this floor with bathtub and overhead shower.
