I brought my own breakfast. The location is perfect as it is with walking distance of the Waikato Hospital. There is a block of shops a short distance down the road. All very convenient.
I was very happy with everything. Some of the units were being refurbished but it was done in such a way that there was no disturbance at all. Nothing was too much for the owner John, who went out of his way to help me throughout my stay. Very friendly and I felt like I was a part of the family. Great atmosphere.

Close to hospital which is why we chose the area. Close to grocery store and food shops. Excellent service. Clean and newly renovated.
