Location:
Just a short walk from Kelham Island, the studio is surrounded by vibrant street art, craft breweries and restaurants. The River Don and several parks are nearby, and Sheffield city centre is within easy reach by foot, bus, or car.

House Rules:
No pets, no smoking, no parties. Please keep things respectful and tidy.

Booking Policy:
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Damage Deposit
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, in accordance with our booking policy, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
