This warm and welcoming studio has been arranged to make the most of every inch of space. The double bed is dressed for comfort, with lighting and wall art adding a homely touch. There’s space to sit and dine, or to read in the armchair by the window.

The studio is open-plan but cleverly zoned:
- A sleeping area with a comfortable double bed and bedside tables
- A compact kitchen with a kettle, microwave, mini fridge, toaster and cooking basics
- A small table and chairs for meals or laptop work
- An ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet
- Access to a shared fully-equipped kitchen within the building
Bedroom:

- Ideal for couples, solo guests, and business travellers seeking privacy with easy access to the city.
Location:
Neepsend is a creative and upcoming neighbourhood on the edge of Sheffield city centre. Wander to nearby Kelham Island for craft beer, live music, and street food. The area is well connected by tram and bus, and there’s free parking if you’re driving.
House Rules:
- No smoking, parties or pets.
- Quiet hours after 10pm.
- Only registered guests allowed to stay.
Booking Policy:
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).
Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
Damage Deposit
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, in accordance with our booking policy, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
