The location was terrific. Beautiful neighborhood. Right in town. A block and a half from the beach. Comfortable bed except for the sheets and pillows. Lovely pond in front with croaking frogs.
The entire property was very run down. Appliances were old and even rusted. Shower caddy rusted. Doors had to be wedged into place. The faceplate for the front door was not properly installed and was loose. Did not feel secure. Sheets were cheap and itchy. Pillows hard. Night stands wobbled. The electrical plugs need to be replaced as items plugged into them fall right out. Only one in the bedroom could be used to charge a phone. Large hole in shower wall where the wood is just rotting away. Windows do not fit in their seams. Door to bedroom is on slider that could not be pulled all the way shut without tremendous struggle.
