Since this home is situated in a great location, dining, shopping, and entertainment in Downtown Alhambra are all less than a mile away and easily accessible by foot, bike, or alternative modes of transportation. Otherwise, its a quick 3-5 minute drive with plenty of free parking around!

- Outdoor cameras monitor for safety/neighbors (do not tamper).
- Use pool/amenities at your own risk; Host not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, lost valuables, or items left behind.
- Report maintenance immediately; no refunds for equipment issues.
- Observe parking rules (Host not liable for tickets/tows).
- Host Rights & Guest Obligations: Non-disturbance required. Host may inspect/cancel for violations (all payments forfeited). Guest indemnifies Host against all claims/injuries from use. Cancellation per Airbnb policy.
