About this house rental
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Fully fenced back yard with BBQ grill and picnic area. Family home for 67 years. There is a wealth of history in this house I'm eager to share with my guest
Walking distance from Circus building and downtown Peru. Our little town has much to offer, kayak the river or play golf, swim or boat at near by Mississinewa reservoir, biking/walking trails. I will leave brochures with information on eateries, museums at house..enjoy your stay.
The space
I don’t have a patio but there is a fully fenced backyard with BBQ grill. Also a front porch. I usually take chairs in for winter but folding chairs are on back porch. I also offer a weekly discount of 10% and 30% on monthly stays.
Guest access
Parking in front of house usually room for 2 cars and on the side alley next to house. Between 211 and 213.
Other things to note
Please note there is an upstairs apartment that sometimes has guests. The upstairs has a private entrance and does not share space with the downstairs unit.
