🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to host well-behaved pets! A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies per stay. Please clean up after your pet and keep them crated or kenneled if left alone. Pets aren’t allowed on beds or furniture, and please don’t use our towels or linens for them. Extra cleaning fees will apply if we find evidence of pets on furniture or bedding. Undisclosed pets will result in a minimum $250 charge. 🚗 Parking Info Please note: we can’t accommodate oversized vehicles, trailers, or more than two motorcycles per parking space. Additional parking passes are not available. Only park in designated areas—no parking on neighboring lawns, swells, or driveways. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. Guests are responsible for any tickets or fines. 🚭 No Smoking All of our properties are smoke-free. Smoking inside will result in immediate eviction and a minimum $500 cleaning fee. If smoking is allowed outside, please do so away from the building and dispose of all materials properly. Extra cleaning charges apply if not followed. 📅 Cancellations & Early Departures We do not offer refunds for early departures or no-shows. 🛠 Report Issues Quickly If something isn’t right during your stay, let us know right away so we can help make it right. 🧺 Towels Beach towels should be left in the unit at checkout—missing ones will be charged at $50 each. Please don’t use bath towels for spills, makeup, or messes. If towels are permanently stained, a replacement fee will apply.
