5-minute walk to Riocentro — Latin America's largest convention and events center. Great for Rock in Rio, concerts, trade shows and corporate events. Easy access to Barra da Tijuca, Recreio, and Jacarepagua. Parking spot included. Near Olympic Park (16 min walk) and Parque dos Atletas (13 min walk). Galeao Airport: 52 min by car.
Lightning-fast 500Mbps WiFi included — great for remote workers and digital nomads.
Documentation: As required by the condominium management, all guests must submit a valid photo ID before arrival. A few days before check-in, I will send you a quick pre check-in form to fill out. Upon arrival, all guests will also need to present their ID in person at the front desk to be granted access.
