About this house rental

Stay 6 minutes from downtown and a 2 minute walk to beautiful Beaver Lake and park. Relax on the back deck in the private hot tub or enjoy the infrared/traditional sauna. Cook in the fully equipped chef’s kitchen while the others enjoy the game room stocked with board games and arcade classics. Art from our travels adorn the walls, creating a pleasant and cozy vibe. Perfect getaway for everyone, room to spread out, private, yet close to town. I live in an apartment above the garage, however is a separate entrance and no shared space. I'm available as much or little as you like- you'll only see me if you need me.

We had a great experience at this house at Beaver Lake. It was within 20 minutes to the Biltmore and very close to downtown. House was in great condition, and Josh was a great host. Our son loved the arcade room, and my husband walked down to Beaver Lake and did a loop around it every morning we were there. We would definitely stay here again if we head to Asheville in the future.
