Discover our modernised, light-flooded holiday home in Leukerbad (newly rented out), which not only offers you relaxing evenings under the starry sky with a view of the glowing lights of Leukerbad, but also a promising start to the day with a breathtaking view of majestic 3,000-metre peaks. Let yourself be enchanted by the unique flight show of the bearded vulture over the Gemmi (station just a few metres away) and enjoy the unspoilt nature that begins right on your doorstep. Leukerbad is in the Magicpass area!

In our practically furnished interior you will find everything your heart desires and you can use it as it suits you best (2 folding tables etc.): In the living room two foldaway beds that can be converted into a cosy double bed, two separate single beds with fold-up backrests and footrests (sofa or additional sleeping options), in the adjoining room another fold-up double bed 2m (for tall people). So you have the choice of 5 real beds with softer or harder mattresses and toasters (1 bed is a double bed, not a single uncomfortable sofa bed or bunk bed) and you also have a Smart TV at your disposal, which together with the small standing desk offers ideal conditions for home office or can be connected as a TV with your mobile phone. The flat is equipped with a Nespresso machine and dishwasher.

Two balconies await you in the outdoor area, inviting you to linger: A large south-facing balcony 9.5sqm with a wonderful view over Leukerbad with a hanging chair (which can also be hung from the ceiling in the living room), a hammock frame as well as chairs and two small new tables (which can be folded away if not needed) for cosy hours outdoors or the small west-facing balcony 2sqm from the adjoining room to read a book in peace or simply relax. In addition, the attic is directly above the flat. The flat is in a quiet location, off the Ringstrasse (main road) above Leukerbad (top houses with great views), just a few metres from the Gemmi cable car. Newly insulated building facade and roof. Our garage box is at your sole disposal.

Special:

For your hikes you can borrow the two pairs of walking sticks, for tobogganing our two high-quality electric sledges and for snowshoeing two pairs of snowshoes, which are available in your own cellar. You can also use the cellar to safely store your skis etc. (or the communal ski room). The ski boots dry best in the flat under the heating.

The use of the local pools and mountain railways is discounted, admission to the sports arena (with many sports facilities), the snow park for children and beginners in the village and the ring bus are free, which makes your stay even more attractive. The rental price is per accommodation, therefore also affordable for a family with 2-3 children, compare carefully (total price is decisive). Other flats are often more expensive, not all have their own garage, cleaning must be done by the customer (we have a professional cleaning company) or you must bring your own bed linen.

We, the owners, rent directly and not permanently, so the flat is always well maintained. The house has its own playground for the children. There are cutlery, crockery, bibs, toys and books for the little ones.

It is important to us that you feel as comfortable as we do and can recharge your batteries.

You will not find any reviews as the flat has never been rented before.

Special: The bed linen (15.- per person) includes bath towels, hand towels, tea towels and rags, so you don't have to bring anything with you... almost like in a hotel :-). You can have breakfast in the café/bakery La Bohème, which is also just a few metres below. If you need to do your washing, there is a washing machine for shared use in the communal laundry room.
