Breakfast was good

On a very busy street and very overpriced. No place to walk the dogs

Comfortable beds and pillows Lots of clean towels available each day

Carpet in room could do with hoovering, I actually found a Viagra tablet on the floor from a previous guest!! Not the cleanest of rooms, could desperately do with an update. Door handle to room was not in best state. No in room safety deposit box. 3 days the coffee machine didn't work. 2 days no juice. Very bland repetitive breakfast choices. Hot breakfast was omelette and burger every day.( Not freshly cooked either)

The staff was helpful and friendly.

My room had two small plumbing problems. First, the toilet tank was leaking water into the bowl. As a result, about every 15 minutes the toilet would make a sound as it refilled the tank. This did not affect the functionality of the toilet, but it did create a distracting sound every 15 minutes. Second, the sink drained very slowly. It must have had a partial blockage. As a result, I would not run the faucet at full strength. These were both minor issues, but they should be fixed.
