Wunderschöne geräumige Altbauwohnung mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung, sehr bequeme Betten, wunderbare Lage, tolle Stadt, sehr unkomplizierte Vermieter.

L'emplacement IDEAL dans un quartier à la fois vivant et central de Grenoble mais aussi dans une rue un peu reculée qui permet d'être au calme Le confort du logement (lit king size dans toutes les chambres à notre grande surprise) La vue sur les montagnes La décoration moderne et chaleureuse Les équipements (cuisine complète, mobilier)
Grande surprise sur la présence d'un détecteur de bruit qui envoie des notifications (sms sur mon numéro personnel, appel) dès que le bruit dépasse un certain niveau (nous avons fait un repas d'anniversaire et bien que nous faisions tout pour être respectueux, j'ai reçu des messages, notamment lorsque nous avons chanté joyeux anniversaire ^^) Mais la mesure est superbe pour rendre les personnes conscientes de leur impact sonore. Juste ce fut la surprise et ce fut un peu stressant. Heureusement le repas n'a pas fini trop tard

El apartamento mes bastante grande, habitaciones grandes y cómodas, está equipado con todo lo necesario, menaje de cocina, etc. Su localización es muy buena, muy cerca de las dos principales avenidas de Grenoble y muy cerca del centro histórico. También hay que destacar que tiene un garaje a escasos metros del edificio principal que está muy bien y cómodo para aparcar.
No tengo ninguna queja de nada. Todo perfecto.
