***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico's water treatment pumps, the ocean is not guaranteed to be open at this time.. They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.***

The condo was beautiful, the unit was recently renovated and it was very nicely furnished. They provided beach chairs and boogie boards for use. The location was convenient with a lot to do in the area.

Great location with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Amenities are really nice and easy access to the beach.

Each view and condo were great. But the entire property is under heavy construction. They were cutting concrete right on the other side of the back windows and door. We couldn’t stay there during the day because of the noise. It was so loud we couldn’t watch tv, and They were working on the back patio so we couldn’t be outside. And they started each morning at 8. The property will be great, but stay away for a few months at least.
