2 BR, 2 BA Condo – Ski In – Walk To Town – Sleeps 8!
If you and your group want to be close to the slopes and close to town, this is the place! It’s just a short (half a block) walk from the Snowflake lift, and at the end of the day, ski the 4 O’Clock Run back to the property. Breckenridge’s Main Street is just a couple of blocks away or a quick ride on the free shuttle. You’ll also enjoy the outdoor hot tub on the property, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool!
This nicely appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a great choice for families or groups of up to eight people. It boasts an open, comfortable living room with a beautiful stone gas fireplace and a huge flat-screen TV above it. The fully equipped kitchen has all the gear you need to keep the gang fueled up for the slopes, and there’s plenty of seating: the picnic-style table seats six, and there’s room for five at the counter for breakfast and snacks.
The balcony offers a quiet retreat to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facilities, and parking for two vehicles. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, this home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Snowflake lift was a short (uphill) walk and although the ski-in was not open due to lack of snow, it would have been very convenient. Short walk to downtown area. Condo was very clean, extra blankets were nice. Parking was easy.

Excellent location! Perfect space for 2 adults, each with own bedroom & bath. Plenty of space for larger group. Love the ski in & walk or shuttle to lift. Quick walk to Main Street. Note- the pool is across road and a couple of blocks away, so we did not use. Some of furniture was wobbly, needed maintenance.

Our family with 4 kids stayed here and had a great time. So nice to ski back right to the complex. Hot tub fanstatic. And we walked to town to shop and eat at night. will be coming back

The condo was in a good location and you could definitely ski in (not out). The condo itself was, fine, definitely a bit dated, with some fairly lower end finishes. Bedrooms were very tight and bathrooms felt pretty low end. The hot tub nearby is fine, but very small for the entire building. We also used the larger pool/hottub facility, but drove bc it's winter. So it was fine, but not great. Parking for the unit itself was easy. The unit is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, so you will be hauling luggage and skis up/down stairs. All in all it got the job done for our ski trip but definitely felt on the lower end. Price point seemed reasonable, so while we probably wouldn't stay here again, if you are looking for something at a better price than other options, it could work for you.
