The Space:

Evenings invite you to stretch out on the sofa, sip a drink on the patio, and enjoy a quiet night in before the next day’s plans. The East Riverside setting balances privacy and connection, giving you space to unwind while staying close to everything that makes the city feel alive.



Sleeping Arrangements

Four bedrooms accommodate up to 11 guests. Three bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed with fresh linens, hangers and storage. The fourth bedroom offers a twin bed and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, perfect for remote work. A queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area provides additional sleeping space, and a queen air mattress can be added if needed. Room‑darkening shades help set the tone for restful nights, and extra pillows and blankets are available.



Living Area & Workspace

The open‑concept living area blends seamlessly with the fully equipped kitchen, creating a natural gathering spot for coffee chats or movie nights. A comfy sofa converts to a queen‑size sleeper, and a dedicated workspace with high‑speed Wi‑Fi lets you stay productive. Direct access to the patio brings fresh air between activities.



Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen includes generous counter space, all essential appliances, and a casual breakfast nook with four stools. It’s ready for everyday meals or longer stays, and the layout encourages conversation while you cook.



Bathrooms & Laundry

Four full bathrooms feature hot water and bathroom essentials, keeping mornings and evenings easy for a full group. An in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer trips.



Outdoor & Shared Amenities

Step onto the patio or explore the shared backyard area. The shared heated pool and shared hot tub are open year‑round during set hours (10:00 AM – 10:30 PM) and include pool toys and a water slide. An outdoor playground offers space for kids, and a shared gym nearby complements the in‑unit exercise equipment. The host notes they are not responsible for third‑party amenities such as the pool and gym and cannot offer refunds if those close unexpectedly.

Located in a residential East Riverside neighborhood, you have easy access to downtown Austin, the Texas Capitol, Zilker Park, South Congress, live‑music venues, restaurants and cultural attractions. Free on‑site and street parking make getting around simple, whether you head out for the day or return late.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
