Please be informed: We are providing a basic room of basic space of 13 ft x 13 ft, well furnished but without a window to our valued guests who are budget conscious needing a clean ,warm and comfortable place to drop off your luggage and walk to Tukwila Park and Southcenter Shopping Mall.Our unit has a bathroom and a kitchenet that share the use by two male housemates.
It's not a fancy place.For guest who looking for a elegant venue to stay,you are advised to book our 1 BR IN 4 BR HOUSE IN RENTON, WASHINGTON,whose property ID is 4734132
Directions and check in instructions: From Southcenter Blvd go uphill pass Fire department in your L and Tukwila Park in your R,go 500 ft , turn R at Canyon Estate Condo,( 65th Ave So,) go uphill pass the office, turn L to bldg 10, parking space 172.Several ft from parking space is a black key box sitting on the front porch,on the ground.Unlock it by a code provided 1 day prior to your arrival.Use the FOB magnetic to open the glass door,go up to 2nd floor, unlock the door knob of the unit ( 1008) by the key PLUS entering the code for the smart lock.( Said code is provided at the same time with the key box's code)
Paid laundry room is right next to REAR entrance of same bldg ( 10). Instruction is posted at Washer and Dryer
