A bright, open-plan living area blends rustic charm with modern finishes. The handcrafted kitchen features quartz worktops and a Smeg range cooker (with built-in pizza oven), perfect for relaxed evenings in. Sink into Neptune sofas around the log burner, or unwind with a film on the Samsung Frame TV.

• Super-king master with hotel-quality linens
• Twin room with option for trundle bed (£15 per night, advance request)

Getting Around:
We have off-road parking for one car with an electric car charger. I would recommend using a car to get around but there is a bus stop approximately 1 mile from the barn
Other Things to Note:
We have a few policies in place to ensure all guests enjoy a relaxing, safe, and comfortable stay:
Check-in is from 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early arrival or late departure may be available on request but is not guaranteed.
The lead guest must be 25 years or older. We reserve the right to request photo identification.
No parties or events – this is a peaceful countryside setting and we ask all guests to respect that.
No smoking is permitted anywhere in the premises.
Dogs: We welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs (maximum of two). Dogs must be kept downstairs only and off all furniture.
No fake tan, please – it can cause permanent stains to our luxury bedding and towels. Any damage may incur a replacement or cleaning fee.
Lost keys: A £50 fee applies for lost keys to cover locksmith or replacement costs.
Extra single bed: Please request this in advance. An additional bed will be charged at £30 per night
EV Charging Available
We have an EV charger available on-site. Charging is offered at a flat rate of £10 per day.
Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring an electric vehicle so we can make sure the charger is available and accessible.
