No events, parties, gatherings of more than 10 guests total at ANYTIME on property.
NO smoking of anything inside the house.
We do monitor our house with our outside ring cameras.
Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.
You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept.
Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Greene County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.
