The gourmet kitchen features a 5'-long galley entertaining sink with the ultimate culinary system including matching stone cutting boards, a 48" range, four dishwashers, a large freezer and refrigerator, filtered water with instant hot water, an ice maker, and multiple beverage fridges located throughout the house.
A secondary sitting room invites relaxation, while the game room offers a convertible pool/poker table, chess, backgammon, and a popcorn machine, and opens seamlessly to the patio. For movie nights, a private home theater with plush seating and a massive 8K projector screen elevates entertainment to new heights.
