Relax with the whole family at this peaceful ,beautiful 2 story Townhome 3-bedroom 3-1/2 bath ,located in San Antonio Tx Leon Springs, close to La Cantera mall , Six Flags, Rim,Sea World , Downtown River Walk , only 5 min from HEB ,Wall Mart and lots of restaurants that you can choose from . We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

11 guest -3 bedrooms-6 beds-3.5 bath .
1st bedroom comfortable king size bed. walking shower, tub , 40 inch smart TV , walking closet .
2nd bedroom comfortable queen size bed ,with walking shower. 40 inch smart TV walking closet .
3rd bedroom -bunk bed comfortable queen over queen & tween bed 40 inch smart TV large closet -full bath with tub . —Living room -Sofa sleeper queen size 50 inch smart TV. Enjoy the garage with pink pong table , games and books for kids and adults .relax outside on the comfortable furniture cover deck and bbque grill .

The comforter set for sofa bed in the laundry room on the shelf on the top of the washer and dryer .

Check in after 4:00–check-out before 11:00 am . Adjustments need host approval in advance.

No ilegal substance allowed on the premises
Smoking use are prohibited inside the house .A $500 applies for violations or strong odor.
A designated outdoor smoking area is on the back patio.
Parties or events: Not allowed unless authorized by host .
Please informed us immediately if there any spills , stain or damage to the home . Please take care of the furnishings , as you will be responsabile for the damage .
NO Pets are allowed unless authorized by host .A $500 fee for violation .
If you have complaint about any aspect of the property the amenities , cleanness , or otherwise , upon addressing this complaint to Vrbo please let us solve the problem , repair whatever is broken or make the home clean up to your standard that you requires .
We do need permission to acces the property if there is something that you deem that is unsuitable that needs remedy.
Kindly keep food and drinks out of bedrooms to ensure clean sleeping.
If police are called for any reason the reservation will be automatically be cancel with no refund.
Laundry & linens: Feel free to use washer/dryer -Don’t overload and please clean the lint trap.
Violation of any rule may result in additional charge or cancelation .Before you leave-Turn TV off and lock front and back door.

Additional request: We have regular pest control ,however ,with living in warm climate area ,unfortunately ,it is impossible to avoid having any insects enter the home . We ask you that the door to be kept closed as much as possible . No refund will be granted due to insects or weather condition.
