Everything is provided to make your stay worry-free: Wi-Fi, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer… The self check-in system allows you to arrive with complete peace of mind, at the time that suits you best.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (access via an external staircase, no elevator) and is composed of:
2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm);
1 fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine);
1 bathroom with bathtub;
1 bright living room with a convertible sofa (145x200 cm).
You will particularly enjoy the natural light and the welcoming atmosphere of the apartment.

Bordering the 18th and 19th arrondissements of Paris, Aubervilliers is part of the inner suburbs of Paris.
Aubervilliers experienced its boom at the end of the 19th century, with the nascent industrialization and the influx of workers from all over France and Europe. Since then, Aubervilliers has kept its industrial tradition and its multicultural identity.
Although part of La Courneuve, the apartment is closer to the center of Aubervilliers, which is only a 5-minute walk away.
In Aubervilliers, you will find all amenities: 3 supermarkets (Franprix, Monoprix and Auchan), 4 bakeries, 2 pharmacies, 1 bookstore, 2 gyms (On Air, Basic Fit) as well as restaurants for all tastes (Le Saint Emilion, Les Chambres, Auberkitchen, Kaishu,...).
