Cocoonr offers this fully renovated luxury house for rent, nestling in a quiet, privileged setting on the heights of Saint-Jorioz, perfect for a break with friends or family.
Ideal for up to 6 people, it boasts top-of-the-range features, generous living space and an outdoor jacuzzi. The house is composed as follows:
Main floor:
- Bright 60m² living room with large lounge, two comfortable sofas and connected TV
- Open, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) with direct access to the terrace
- Dining area with large table for 6 people
- South-facing terrace with garden furniture, outdoor table and Weber barbecue
- Bedroom 1 (master suite): double bed, private shower room and access to terrace
- Separate WC
Upper floor :
- Large mezzanine with TV / relaxation area
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (80x190)
- Bathroom with bath and shower
- Separate WC
Ground floor:
- Entrance hall with dressing room / cloakroom practical for all the family

Transport :
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 40 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also link Geneva to Annecy. For greater convenience, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, private parking spaces are available.

- All accommodation is non-smoking
- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
