Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 25 m² gîte in Valsemé to rent for up to 4 guests. It comprises a pretty 14 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 14 m² living room with TV, dining area and sleeping area with double sofa bed.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and filter coffee maker.
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Outside area:
- A beautiful shared garden of 6,000 m² with a fenced plot, table and chairs
- A 40 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- Petanque pitch close to the accommodation
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board, barbecue.
The property is ideally located in Valsemé, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Activities:
- Learn or improve your horse-riding skills in a calm environment surrounded by nature.
- Go jogging on a variety of trails, from countryside to wooded paths, perfect for running.
- Explore the region by bike, taking advantage of the cycle paths and the beautiful Normandy countryside.
- Take advantage of the beaches close to Deauville and Cabourg for moments of relaxation, swimming or walks by the sea.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the gîte's private outdoor car park (space for two vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Bayeux, 1 hour's drive away
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, a 50-minute drive away
