About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this authentic stone house dating from the XIVᵉ century, extended in the XVIᵉ century and completely renovated in 2020, for rent in the heart of the village of Saint-Jorioz. Situated on the edge of a nature area, in a quiet and sunny environment, it offers 191 m² of warm spaces and can accommodate up to 14 people. An ideal place for a holiday with family or friends, between lake and mountains.
La Grande Mélodie is composed as follows:
Ground floor :
- Entrance hall
- Vaulted dining room with large table (for up to 16 people) and access to the garden
- Spacious separate kitchen with central island and full equipment (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, filter coffee maker, etc.) and access to the garden
- Cosy lounge with connected TV
- Bar area between living room and dining room
- Separate WC
1ᵉʳ floor:
- Suite Le Semnoz: 2 single beds (90x200) - en-suite shower room with WC - private balcony
- Suite Lanfon: queen-size bed (160x200) - storage - decorative fireplace - balcony shared with adjoining room
- Lanfonnet Suite: children's bedroom with 3 single beds (80x190) - shared balcony
- Shower room with WC accessible from the Lanfon and Lanfonnet rooms
2ᵉ floor:
- Suite L'Arcalod: queen-size bed on mezzanine + 1 single bed (80x190) - en-suite shower room with WC - office area
- Suite La Tournette: mezzanine queen-size bed + 1 single bed (80x190) - en suite bathroom with WC - study area

PARTIES, WEDDINGS, BIRTHDAYS AND OTHER EVENTS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED.
This accommodation is equipped with a RoomMonitor Noise Alarm system. This system monitors noise levels to prevent nuisance and ensure respect for neighbours, as well as detecting smoke and tobacco.

2 to 3 private parking spaces, sheltered outdoor areas, Room Monitor, Wi-Fi, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available on request.

Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.
Transport :
- Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop located close to the house, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 to 15 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, private parking spaces are available in the courtyard of the Maison.

- Entirely non-smoking accommodation
- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden, room monitor to assess the intensity of the noise.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40. For any special requests (greater weight, second animal, other animal, etc.), please contact us: we will study your request carefully.
On site, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
