Very nice place and within walking distance so we did not have to pay to park somewhere.
Was there wifi if so what was the password? Also maybe an extra towel or two for a 3 night stay.
Not sure on your expectations when we left. I like to leave things the way I found them.

The property was large with 3 rooms plus a bathroom. It was an easy walk to the northern end of the Niagara Falls attractions. Just be aware there are steps into the property.

We had a very nice stay at this property. It's cozy and convenient, within walking distance of just about everything. And our host was excellent!

This property worked great for us! Location is everything and this is the best you'll get. Description is correct when advertised as a 10 minute walk to the casino. Parking was a little confusing as it's advertised as using the carport but the owner messaged and asked us to park somewhere else, we didn't and nothing was said. Full kitchen- no pots or pans. No paper towels. Bathroom definitely NOT for mobility impaired. Shower drained very very slow and leaked out into the kitchen. Messaged the owner and he sent a repairman right away. Obviously nothing could be done right then but he did bring a mop to clean up. All in all we would definitely stay there again. Thanks Jay for opening your basement apartment it was great!!
