The Cottage is perfect for family groups and can sleep up to 6 guests and is pet friendly! In addition to the smart TV in the lounge area, the cottage also benefits from a charming outdoor space, a log burner, free wifi, private parking for 1 car and much more!

Nature lovers will adore the surrounding moorlands and scenic walking trails, including the legendary Brontë Waterfall and Top Withens - believed to have inspired Wuthering Heights. The heritage steam railway at Haworth Station adds a nostalgic touch, offering rides through stunning countryside.

The best way to get around is by foot or by car. The cottage is in the middle of the countryside so if you are looking to go further afield on a day trip then a car is the perfect transport.



Alternatively, you can explore the beautiful surroundings on foot. Haworth's compact size makes it ideal for walking. The village's historic streets and surrounding countryside offer numerous walking trails, including paths to the famous Brontë Waterfall and Top Withens. Cycling enthusiasts can also enjoy various routes through the picturesque moorlands.



While Haworth doesn't have a direct mainline train station, the nearby Keighley Railway Station serves as the primary rail hub. From Keighley, you can catch regular trains operated by Northern Rail to major cities such as Leeds and Bradford. To reach Haworth from Keighley, you can take a local bus or enjoy a heritage steam train ride.

*No Parties or Events Allowed

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.



*Quiet Hours After 10PM

This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.



*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine

Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.



*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place

Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.



*Stays Over 10 Nights

Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra £120 fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.



*Online Check-In Required

To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.



*Check-In/Out Policy

Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)

Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour



*Pet Restrictions

Pets are allowed subject to a £100 pet fee per pet per stay.



*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver

We require either:

A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR

A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay)
