Located on top of the Luxurious Hills of Mt Helix, this home is perched high above the street and features 3 Bedrooms plus a Dedicated Office and Peleton Room.

When you enter the home you are greeted with a beautiful Entryway Courtyard which features a custom Outdoor Dining Area perfect for a big family dinner. A few steps further, the upstairs Outdoor Terrace is an extension of the Home where you can sit in the Outdoor Living Room, start the Fireplace, enjoy the Pool, or relax in the Sun Loungers or relaxing Chair Swing.

If you want to get a workout in, we have a Peloton Room with a beautiful view.

If you need to work, we have an office with built in bookshelves and lighting that will have everyone enamored with your zoom background.

If you need to rest, each bedroom in the home was designed to maximize comfort. All rooms feature Nectar Mattresses, Down Pillows and Blackout Shades. The Primary Bedroom has a King Bed, two large closets and its own dedicated bathroom with a shower. The two other bedrooms each have a Queen Bed and large closet and share one bathroom with a tub/shower.

If you have kids, our Backyard also has a Children’s Play House and Slide. We are also able to provide you with access to a Nuna Stroller, Nuna Pack and Play, Inglesina High Chair, Lily & River Climbing Gym, Gathre Foam Mat, PB Wooden Walker and other LoveEvery Wooden Montessori Toys upon request (and at at additional cost due to the cleaning that is required, iykyk!)

Free street parking is available and plentiful.

This is a Family Home. We have lived here for years and love our neighbors and neighborhood. Please be respectful.

Due to Insurance Rules, all Guest including visitors must be on the reservation and will be required to sign a waiver prior to staying on the property.
