This stunning beachfront property offers private stairway access to the beach via a cliffside staircase of approximately 70 steps and access to resort-style amenities including a pool, jacuzzi, and tennis courts, all within a gated, guard-secured community.
Located just minutes from the famous Grandview Beach, known for its beautiful white sand and excellent surf, this 2,000+ sq. ft. oceanfront home is perfectly positioned along the coastline in Encinitas. The home features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a unique multi-level layout across two stories with three half levels.
The main level includes a queen bedroom suite located at the front of the home, complete with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. This space also includes an oversized closet, desk, reading area, a modern sofa, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV, making it ideal as both a bedroom and den. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the closet of this room. This level also includes the kitchen and dining area.
A few steps down from the main level is the living room and the king master suite, which offers breathtaking ocean views and direct patio access. The master suite includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.
The third queen bedroom is located one flight of stairs from the main level and includes a private en-suite bathroom, oversized closet, desk, and reading area, providing additional privacy for guests.
This home boasts dramatic 22-foot ceilings and 11-foot folding glass doors with remote-controlled, see-through sunshades, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. We come to California every year for Thanksgiving be with our family. This spot makes it perfect! There were 3 bedrooms and baths, a well stocked kitchen and an amazing outdoor deck where we spent most of our time enjoying the spectacular ocean view! We can’t wait until our next visit!

The unit had one master suit that was awesome!! The secondary bedrooms had small uncomfortable beds!!
2 couples , with one very happy in the master suit, and second couple compromised with very small bed for adults and not very comfortable!! The bathroom off the small secondary bedroom had one sink and hardly any counter space!! The kitchen and main room were great!!! Tough for internet consistency. The area seemed too many units for the service!!
Loved the area tremendously!! Great location to walk to town and along the houses on the seaside!! The number of great restaurants was amazing!! And great coffee shops!! Walkability to beaches was also awesome!!! They have updated some main area features , which we loved!!
A couple with kids would fit well!!
Secondary bedroom was disappointing. We checked out early because the small uncomfortable bed was so uncomfortable!! Couple who got the main master…. Loved it!!!!

A dream location and very nice property...very well maintained and up to date...nice amenities.
The umbrellas on the patio were not working due to wear and tear and salt air.
Otherwise, very nice place.
